Joanne Gasiewski is the founder of Jo Works, a consulting firm dedicated to optimizing non-profit & small business operations. In Joanne's two decades of experience, she has managed the visitor services, membership, & financials for historic sites & supported the CFO & outreach activities of a green energy start-up.
No matter the size or budget, Joanne is committed to helping busy organizations streamline the day-to-day. She knows this often requires organizations to take a step back & seek additional support in order to achieve operational & financial sustainability.
She has her BA in History from the University of Pennsylvania & MA in History from Rutgers University. Joanne serves as the treasurer of her children's home & school association & on the advisory committee for the Newman Community at Penn. In her spare time, Joanne enjoys the Phillies & Quizo & traveling to the beach with her husband, daughter Cecilia and son Joseph.
